She couldn’t put her finger on it, but there was something about this creature that she really liked. Green orbs flickered over the specimen, a smirk tugged the edges of her deep red gloss. It wasn’t that it had some kind of rare typing. After all, alolan marowak was the same fire and ghost. But yet the more she looked at it, the more she adored it. In fact, that’s what the raven haired woman was doing today.

Green orbs lifted to the sky, noting the sun barely over the horizon. Soon, it should all behind earth and cast the land into darkness. And like most know, ghost come out more in the night time. With that, the team rocket member moved though the route. She kept her eyes watchful, looking for ghost that hide in the shadows of the night.

As the sun fell below the horizon and casted the land into darkness, it was only the ghostly flames from her hisui typhlosion that gave her light. The sky was thick with clouds, blocking any moonlight from seeping through. A gust of wind forced the tree branches to shift, fallen dried leaves from the changing temperature lifted to frolic in the wind. A chill ran down her spine, green orbs flickered over the many shadows casted around them.

The weasel badgers emitted a low growl as she came to a halt, beady eyes searched for the presence of a wild pokemon that she was sure she felt. Suddenly, four phantom hand like appendages reached out towards them. The fire and ghost type reacted swiftly, drawling her ghostly flame to her mouth before firing multiple fire balls towards the wild pokemon in hiding. A agony filled shrill erupted from the shadows when the INFERNAL PARADE hit, the creature fleeing from the scene.

Genesis let out a grunt, recognizing the ghost arms from a pokemon known as cofagrigus. “Good thing you sense it,” the woman sighed, motioning to keep moving, “It probably was looking to trap us.” The typhlosion let out a grunt of her known, moving closer to her human when she was sure that pokemon was gone.

The next pokemon to appear was one she wasn’t expecting. Her pokemon emitted a vulgar hiss when the room made itself known, zip zapping left and right around them. “Easy,” the woman mumbled, green orbs following the rare creature carefully, “I want this one.” The ghost and fire type let out a muffled growl, muzzle parted slightly as ghoul like energy swiftly formed in her mouth. And when ready, the creature locked onto the moving target the best she could and sent a SHADOW BALL at it.

In that instant, Genesis held up her phone. “Look Rotom! A phone!” The zip zapping ghost and electric time paused, eyes widened at the sight of a device to merge with. And in that moment of brief distraction, the shadow ball hit the creature. It screeched in pain, feeling betrayed. The raven haired woman was quick to launch a ball, smacking that room beside the head and drawling it in. It fell to the ground with a soft thud, wiggling hard as it tried to escaped.
